We take that trust very seriously.

That’s why we want you to feel confident in your decision to partner with Jill’s Office.

If you’re not happy with our services within 14 days, we’ll give you a full refund.

Since we’re all about communication, all we ask is that you’re open and honest within those 14 days to let us know anything that isn’t working out in the way you had hoped. If any concerns arise within 14 days, please schedule a strategy session with your account manager. If you’ve had a strategy session and still determine we are not the right fit, we will give you a full refund, up to $1,000 of usage.

Simply send us an email at bizdev@jillsoffice.com within 14 days of your initial onboarding to let us know why we are not a good fit and request your happiness guarantee. You’ll get a full refund of your plan, activation, and any add-on services, regardless of how many calls or chats you have used, up to $1,000.

PLEASE NOTE: Failure to complete the onboarding process and attempt to try our services will forfeit the happiness guarantee. Any calls or chats over your minutes package are not included in the money-back guarantee.
