We take that trust very seriously.

That’s why we want you to feel confident in your decision to work with Jill’s Office.

If you’re not happy with our services within 7 days, we’ll give you a full refund.

If you’re not happy with our services within the first week of service, we’ll refund the total cost of the service simply request our  Happiness Guarantee.  

Send us an email at billing@jillsoffice.com within 7 days of your initial onboarding to let us know why we are not a good fit and we will refund of your activation and usage regardless of how many calls or chats you have used.

PLEASE NOTE: Failure to complete the onboarding process and attempt to try our services will forfeit the happiness guarantee.
