What's the pricing like for your chat service?
What’s great about the way we set up our pricing is the minutes in your minutes package can be used interchangeably for inbound calls, outbound calls, or live website chats. There is a small weekly or monthly cost (depending on your billing cycle length) for our chat widget technology and access to the chat team. Cost details can be found on our pricing page.
Each chat is billed at a flat rate of 5 minutes per chat. We’ve found the average chat is about 15 minutes long and can sometimes last over an hour! To protect your minutes usage, we rounded down to a flat 5 minutes, regardless how long the Jill receptionist takes to handle all the questions from the website visitor.
Do I have to pay for spam chats?
We require visitors to put in their name and phone number before starting a chat to help filter out spammers.
Additionally, there must be an interaction between the Jill receptionist and the website visitor to be counted as a billable chat.
Can the chat be customized to fit my website?
