It All Started With A Missed Call.
A Lot Of Missed Calls.

One day in 2014, Brant Thurgood was riding along with his brother, a busy contractor, when a situation unfolded. The phone was ringing nonstop. Potential customers are calling, but every ring was an opportunity lost because his brother simply couldn’t answer while working. 

As Brant heard those calls go unanswered, he realized the problem wasn’t unique to his brother. Small business owners everywhere were stretched too thin, juggling their trades and the many demands of running a business.

So then, the idea of Jill’s Office was born.
