Call Forwarding Instructions— How to Forward Your Phones to Jill's Office

Forwarding Your AT&T Phone
STEP 1 Using the keypad on your cell phone, dial the call forwarding code (find below).
STEP 2 After dialing the code, enter the 10 digit Jill number that your calls will forward to.
STEP 3 Press call, then wait for a success message from AT&T.
Call Forwarding Options
Straight Call Forwarding: Calls come directly over to Jill’s Office, they don’t ring to you first.
To activate, dial *21* then enter your 10 digit Jill Number, then press #.
To deactivate, dial #21# and wait to hear confirmation message.
Conditional Call Forwarding: Calls ring to you first, then to Jill’s Office if you don’t answer.
AT&T requires you to reach out to their AT&T customer support to enable these settings. They refer to this as “provisional call forwarding”.
Check Settings
ALL 3 things enabled in order for conditional call forwarding to work properly:
– Busy
– Not reachable
– No answer
Note: The option “Immediate” must not be checked.
Forwarding Your Comcast Phone
STEP 1 Using the keypad on your cell phone, dial the call forwarding code (find below).
STEP 2 After dialing the code, enter the 10 digit Jill number that your calls will forward to.
STEP 3 Press call, then wait for a success message from Comcast.
Call Forwarding Options

Forwarding Your Cricket Phone
STEP 1 Using the keypad on your cell phone, dial the call forwarding code (find below).
STEP 2 After dialing the code, enter the 10 digit Jill number that your calls will forward to.
STEP 3 Press call, then wait for a success message from Cricket.

Forwarding Your Dialpad Phone
STEP 1 With your account manager on the phone, go to Your Settings from dialpad.com.
STEP 2 Navigate to Your Devices
STEP 3 Select Add new
STEP 4 Select Add a forwarding number
STEP 5 Enter your Jill’s Office forwarding number (Twilio number)
STEP 6 Select Verify
STEP 7 Dialpad will call the number — your account manager will answer the call and press ‘1’ to verify the number.
Forwarding Your Google Voice Phone
STEP 1 With your account manager on the phone, log into Google Voice from your computer and click Settings.
STEP 2 Scroll to “Linked Numbers” and add a new one. Enter the 10-digit Jill Number
STEP 3 Click “Verify by phone” and wait.
STEP 4 Your account manager will receive a code from Google Voice and provide it to you. Please enter this code on the current page.
STEP 5 To ensure all the calls come into our system and can be handled properly, there are a couple of settings you must adjust in Google Voice:
Set the caller ID to display the originating caller’s number rather than your Google Voice number.
- From the “new” Google Voice interface at https://voice.google.com, open the
Settings menu in the upper left, then choose “Legacy Google Voice” in the sidebar. - In the legacy interface, click Settings.
- Navigate to the Calls tab.
- In the second item down, called “Caller ID” (incoming), change the option to display the Originating caller ID.
Turn off having to press 1 to answer.
- Go to your settings.
- Under calls, select to turn off call screening.
STEP 6 You are all set! Our team will do a test call to ensure proper forwarding.
Forwarding Your Grasshopper Phone
STEP 1 Log into your Grasshopper account.
STEP 2 Go to Settings > Call Forwarding Settings > Extensions.
STEP 3 Click edit next to the number an extension or create a new one.
STEP 4 Select how you want Grasshopper to handle incoming and unanswered calls for each number you enter.
STEP 5 Determine what time of day you want each number to receive calls.
STEP 6 Configure your own schedule based on the time of day and which phone you’ll be using.
STEP 7 Choose which order you want Grasshopper to call each number (best practice is to choose “in order if there is no answer” rather than simultaneously).
STEP 8 For “How should Grasshopper answer calls from this number?” be sure to select “Calls will connect to you as soon as you pick up”.
STEP 9 Have your account manager do a test call to ensure calls are forwarding properly.
Forwarding Your Metro PCS Phone
STEP 1 Using the keypad on your cell phone, dial the call forwarding code (find below).
STEP 2 After dialing the code, enter the 10 digit Jill number that your calls will forward to.
STEP 3 Press call, then wait for a success message from Metro PCS.

Contact Metro PCS to deactivate call forwarding.

Forwarding Your Mint Mobile Phone
Set Up Call Forwarding In Settings
STEP 1 Go to Settings.
STEP 2 Under phone settings, find call forwarding and turn it on.
STEP 3 Enter the 10 digit Jill Number you want to forward to.
STEP 4 Call forwarding is now set up!
To turn it off, return to call settings and toggle the call forwarding to OFF.
Set Up Call Forwarding By Dialing

To activate, dial **21*1 then enter your 10 digit Jill Number and #.
To deactivate call forwarding, dial ##21#.

To deactivate call forwarding, dial ##61#.
Unavailable Call Forwarding: If your phone is busy or you don’t have cell service, it rings to Jill’s Office.
To activate, dial **62*1 then enter your 10 digit Jill Number and #.
To deactivate call forwarding, dial ##62#.
Forwarding Your Ooma Phone
STEP 1 Using the keypad on your cell phone, dial the call forwarding code (find below).
STEP 2 After dialing the code, enter the 10 digit Jill number that your calls will forward to.
STEP 3 Press call, then wait for a success message from Ooma.

Changing Forwarding On Control Panel
STEP 1 Log in to Control.Phone.com.
STEP 2 Mouse over Configure and select Manage Numbers. Select Edit for the number you want to forward.
STEP 3 For Number Action, click Edit, change Select Operation to Forward Call.
STEP 4 Enter your “Jill number” given to you during onboarding.
STEP 5 Click Save Rule Settings
Changing Forwarding Using Configure.Com
STEP 1 Login to Configure.Phone
STEP 2 Select Numbers from the left navigation bar, click the edit icon next to the number you want to forward. This will open the number configuration screen.
STEP 3 Scroll to the Call Handling section and choose Forward to a Number from the drop-down menu.
STEP 4 Enter your “Jill number” given to you during onboarding
STEP 5 Click Save

Forwarding Your Ring Central Phone
STEP 1 Log in to your Ring Central Admin Portal
STEP 2: On the home screen go to Users then Manage Users
STEP 3: Select the extension or line(s) that are currently forwarding calls to us.
STEP 4: Click on Phone then Call Rules & Voicemails.
STEP 5: Select the Forward All Calls or if you prefer us to only answer calls between certain hours select Work Hours. If you select Work Hours, make sure to adjust the times you would like the phones to ring to us.
STEP 6: Go down to where it says Ring Settings. Here you can add your 10 digit call forwarding number, you can name it Jill’s Office. Make sure that this number is very last in the call tree!
STEP 7: Next select, Ring In Order. Set the Ring For status to 15 rings/75 seconds. It usually won’t take us 75 seconds to answer, but it ensures the call successfully forwards and stays in our system as it routes. Make sure to SAVE!
Important Note: Your Jill forwarding number must be the last number in your Ring Order. If it goes to another number or voicemail after your Jill number it will not properly forward into our system.
Forwarding Your Spectrum Phone
STEP 1 Using the keypad on your cell phone, dial the call forwarding code (find below).
STEP 2 After dialing the code, enter the 10 digit Jill number that your calls will forward to.
STEP 3 Press call, then wait for a success message from Spectrum.

Forwarding Your Straight Talk Phone
STEP 1 Using the keypad on your cell phone, dial the call forwarding code (find below).
STEP 2 After dialing the code, enter the 10 digit Jill number that your calls will forward to.
STEP 3 Press call, then wait for a success message from Straight Talk.
Call Forwarding Set Up by Dialing

(Set up in settings is not available on all phones – proceed to dialing instructions if you can’t find the options in your settings.)
STEP 1 Go to Settings.
STEP 2 Under call settings, find call forwarding and turn it on.
STEP 3 Enter the 10 digit Jill Number you want to forward to.
STEP 4 Call forwarding is now set up!
To turn it off, return to call settings and toggle the call forwarding to OFF.
Set Up Call Forwarding By Dialing

Forwarding Your Twilio Phone
STEP 1 Navigate to www.twilio.com
STEP 2 Click on Manage Active Numbers and find the number you want to forward to Jill’s Office
STEP 3 Click Configure with “Webhook, TwiML Bin, Function, Studio Flow, Proxy Service”
STEP 4 Click “Webhook”
STEP 5 Paste this code: twimlets.com/forward?PhoneNumber=888-888-888 and replace the 888-888-8888 with your Jill forwarding number (Jill Twilio number).
Forwarding Your Verizon Phone
STEP 1 Using the keypad on your cell phone, dial the call forwarding code (find below).
STEP 2 After dialing the code, enter the 10 digit Jill number that your calls will forward to.
STEP 3 Press call, then wait for a success message from Verizon.

To activate, dial *71 then enter your 10 digit Jill Number , listen for a series of beeps, and then wait for the call to end automatically.
To deactivate, dial *73, wait to hear a confirmation message and then wait for the call to end automatically.
If you don’t have your device or the dial codes don’t work, contact Customer Service to turn Call Forwarding on/off.
If you’re still not getting calls, check additional settings (e.g., Do Not Disturb, blocking, Quiet Mode, etc.) or apps (e.g., Verizon Smart Family™ etc.) that restrict incoming calls.
Forwarding Your Vonage Phone
Vonage’s call forwarding is all controlled through your account/app with them.
STEP 1 Log in to your Vonage account/app.
STEP 2 Add your 10 digit Jill number in the Add a Call Forwarding # section.
STEP 3 Adjust additional call forwarding settings to determine when and how you’d like calls forwarded.
