We’re proud of our 24/7 inbound answering service and chat service here at Jill’s Office, but they aren’t the only ways we can help your business!
We have a variety of ways you can utilize our team of Outbound Jills to help with making calls, not just receiving them.
Making a callback: If you missed a call (during a time when you aren’t forwarding calls to us). You can have our Outbound team reach out to connect with them for you.
Reschedules, reminders, and more: You can request our outbound team to reach out to clients for a variety of reasons. If you need to reschedule an upcoming appointment, or to give them a reminder of the appointment. We can also call after the appointment if requested to check in for you.
Spreadsheet Campaigns: By creating a Google spreadsheet and sharing it with our Outbound Jills, you can provide us with a list of clients to reach to for you. This can be for reasons like satisfaction campaigns, where we reach out to clients you’ve recently serviced to see if they were satisfied with the work completed. Or maybe as you enter into your busy season, reaching out to clients you’ve previously serviced to see if they want to get back on the schedule.
The list can be one time or ongoing.
For one time lists we will call the first 50 and check in before proceeding to help control costs.
For ongoing lists we will call all new leads daily unless told otherwise. You’ll also get color coded updates to easily track booked appointments, declines, and follow-up needs
How much does it cost?

Is it 24/7?
Our inbound answering service is 24/7, but our outbound team’s hours are different! When utilizing outbound services please keep in mind that our team is available Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm MST

Is there anything you can’t do?
There are a few things we won’t do for outbound calls, and they are:
- Cold calling/Unsolicited sales pitches
- Legal or billing disputes
- Guarantee an exact time of a callback
Let’s expand on that last point…
When making a callback request, our outbound team is typically able to get to it within 30 minutes, but it can take up to 24 business hours. This is because we make outbound requests in the order we receive them per time zone.
