With rapid lead follow ups being more important than ever, Jill’s Office wanted to find a way to help our clients stay a step ahead of the game. Introducing our new feature, LeadZap.
By integrating with Zapier, it is now possible to link things like contact forms from Facebook ads to Jill’s Office. When a potential lead fills out the form, Zapier helps us automate the callback process. So a live receptionist is reaching out to those leads, potentially within minutes of them filling out the form, while it’s still fresh on their mind.
Ok, but what is Zapier?
Zapier is an integration software that clients can use to move information between their systems.
For example, as mentioned above, if you have a contact form on your website, you can go into Zapier and set up a “trigger.” This means that when the form is filled out, Zapier will then send the information over to our system in Jill’s Office, which will then automatically call that lead with the next available receptionist.

How long does it take to follow up on my leads?
It ranges between 30 seconds and 1 hour, depending on call volume, with the average being 10 minutes.
Do you do more than 1 automatic follow up attempt?
If the lead doesn’t answer our call, our Jills will leave a voicemail and you will receive a message regarding this.
From that message you can request a follow up, but we do not do any automatic follow ups after the initial LeadZap.
And this is available 24/7?
Yes! Thanks to Zapier automating the process, we are able to offer this service 24/7
Our default hours are 6am-9pm MST, but these can be customized to fit your needs.
How much does this service cost?
These calls are billed from the same bank of minutes as inbound and outbound calls, and is a part of the Jill Complete Package (Warren can this link to the pricing page on our website?)
