We charge for all calls over 15 seconds long as this is time that our live Jill’s are working on any and all calls that come in for your company. We do have spam blockers that help to weed out a majority of robo calls but some can still make it through your line.

We aim for an 80%+ pickup rate on the first few rings, so your callers aren't stuck waiting. However this wait time can increase during call surges. For callers who hang up while waiting in the queue, our system will automatically call or text them back (depending on your preference)with a live receptionist.
