What happens if a caller hangs up while waiting?
If you have callbacks enabled, we’ll call them back. If you have textbacks enabled, we’ll send a follow-up text. You can choose one or both options.
Do you charge for wrong numbers, sales calls or hang-ups?
We charge for all calls over 15 seconds long as this is time that our live Jill’s are working on any and all calls that come in for your company. We do have spam blockers that help to weed out a majority of robo calls but some can still make it through your line.
How quickly do you answer calls?
We aim for an 80%+ pickup rate on the first few rings, so your callers aren't stuck waiting. However this wait time can increase during call surges. For callers who hang up while waiting in the queue, our system will automatically call or text them back (depending on your preference)with a live receptionist.
How do you handle multiple businesses or locations?
We have guidelines to help us create a smooth call flow for companies with multiple locations or businesses. Many times it is beneficial for our clients to open separate accounts to house individual instructions. Book a Discovery Call to find out the best way to do this.
What’s the billing structure?
You’re only billed for the minutes our team is actively assisting your callers and completing your call tasks —no minute packages, no contracts.
