“Can your agents say our special greeting, like ‘How can I make you smile today?’”
Short answer: We keep it simple for a reason.
We proudly answer with your business name so your callers know they’ve reached the right place. But when it comes to customized greetings or special phrases, we’ve learned that consistency matters more than catchphrases.
We serve a high volume of calls and don’t use scripts, we follow a structured call instruction system that gives our agents everything they need to:
- Ask the right questions
- Book appointments
- Deliver accurate info
- Represent your brand confidently (without sounding robotic)
It’s not about flashy intros—it’s about making sure your callers feel helped, not hyped
So what does this look like?
After signing up with Jill’s Office, you’ll receive a “Call Instruction Form” to fill out. The form is a quick questionnaire that allows us to custom build your account for our Jills.
The form will ask you questions such as your business hours, what services you provide, scheduling instructions (if applicable), what information you want our Jills gathering on the calls, and also gives you the option to add important information our Jills will need to know and/or provide on the call.
This gives our Jills the information they need to come off as an extension of your business while still giving them room for their call flow; allowing them to sound friendly and natural, instead off stiff and robotic.
